Prior to becoming an associate attorney at John Goetz Law, PLC, James M. McMinn was an associate with John Carter Morgan, Jr. PLLC. Mr. McMinn also practiced bankruptcy law in the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania at one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the state.
Mr. McMinn concentrates his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He is a native of Central Virginia and enjoys helping families and small business owners in the area through financial crisis with professional service, reliable legal counsel, and hands-on client representation.
